SCORE TO WIN (the “Contest”)
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS (“Rules and Regulations”)
MTY FRANCHISING INC. (“THE WORKS”)
1. Contest Period
The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on June 18, 2026 and ends on July 12, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET, or while quantities last, whichever occurs first (the “Contest Period”).
2. Eligibility
To enter and be eligible, a participant must be a resident of Canada who has reached the legal age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Despite the foregoing, franchisees, employees, officers, shareholders, directors, representatives, mandataries, and agents (including their immediate family members and members of the same household) of THE WORKS and those of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, vendors, suppliers, distributors, service providers, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Related Parties”) are not eligible to enter or participate in the Contest.
By participating in the Contest, each participant agrees to be bound by these Contest Rules and Regulations. Participants further agree to abide by and be bound by all decisions of THE WORKS in respect of the Contest. All such decisions shall be final and binding upon those choosing to participate in the Contest.
3. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase odds of winning.
The Contest will be held at all THE WORKS locations across Ontario (the “Participating Location(s)”).
To enter the Contest, an individual must request from an employee at a Participating Location one (1) opportunity to participate (a “Try”), which consists of up to three (3) attempts to kick a ball into one (1) of five (5) designated targets.
Successful completion of a Try, in accordance with these Contest Rules and Regulations, may result in the award of a Prize (as defined below). The Prize awarded, if any, will correspond to the designated target successfully completed and will be the Prize of the highest value associated with such target.
Limit of one (1) Try per day per individual or group of people attending together, as determined by THE WORKS in its sole discretion. Limit of one (1) Prize per household during the Contest Period.
4. Odds
The odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible participants, the number of Try attempts made during the Contest Period, and the participant’s ability to successfully complete a Try in accordance with these Rules and Regulations.
As the Contest involves a skill-based challenge, the odds of winning are not the same for all participants and are influenced by each participant’s level of skill and performance.

*Voucher must be redeemed at a Participating Location on or before September 30, 2026. Cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
**The 10% discount is redeemable at the time it is awarded and applies only to the participant’s current bill. The discount cannot be deferred, carried forward, or applied to any future transaction.
6. Prize Claim Conditions
To receive the Prize, the selected participant must fulfill the following requirements:
- Claim the Prize within the prescribed delay.
- Meet the eligibility criteria and otherwise comply with these Contest Rules and Regulations.
- Correctly answer the following mathematical skill-testing question:
- Multiply 8 × 10
- Divide by 2
- Add 5
- Subtract 10
- Provide photo ID, upon request.
7. Cancellation, Modification or Termination
THE WORKS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, in the event of human intervention or the occurrence of an event likely to alter or affect the administration, impartiality, security or running of the Contest.
8. Future Messages
By providing their information to claim a Prize or via a mail-in method, each participant consents to receiving commercial electronic messages (CEMs) from THE WORKS. Participants will have the option of unsubscribing from such messages.
9. Personal Information
By participating in the Contest, each participant consents to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information by THE WORKS and/or its authorized agents for the purposes associated with the Contest and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

10. Third Parties
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with BTS, Ticketmaster, Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok or any other third-party website.
11. Releases
Each participant releases and holds harmless THE WORKS, Participating Locations, Related Parties and Third Parties from any liability arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Contest or acceptance and use of a Prize.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Released Parties disclaim any and all liability for technical issues, lost entries, communication failures, website outages, software errors, viruses, transmission problems, or any damages arising from participation in the Contest.
13. Disqualification
Participants who do not comply with these Rules and Regulations may be excluded from this Contest and future contests and promotions held by THE WORKS or MTY Franchising Inc.
14. Website Operation
THE WORKS makes no guarantees that the Contest website will be accessible or operational without interruption during the Contest Period, or that it will be free of errors.
15. Modification and Termination
THE WORKS reserves the right to modify, cancel or suspend this Contest and amend these Rules and Regulations without prior notice.
16. Participant Identification
For the purposes of these Rules, the participant refers to the individual whose name is listed on the registration form. In the event of a dispute, the registered account holder associated with the email address provided will be deemed the entrant.
17. Ownership
All information and documents related to the Contest remain the exclusive property of THE WORKS.
18. Miscellaneous
If any section of these Rules is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Governing Law
The Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any judicial proceeding arising out of or related to the Contest shall take place in a provincial Ontario court located in Toronto.
